Empowerment is the byword for many Executives and yet most are alone but not lonely.  Time of course is the single aspect of executive life that carries no weight and does not bare false witness.  The daily griding of decision making is the contributing factor that lets stress feel at ease and keep a silent strangle hold on decisions that give relief and joy to others...often close family. However today's modern executive lives through the pain with the kind of guilt that is brushed away with a"sorry honey"  No amount of sorries can make up for lost time, once it is gone...it is gone forever.  The premise that you can somehow make it up is hogwash. Make time for yourself...make time for you.  A fruitful life needs to be shared because with it comes abundant joy.
